HOA Election Results

On behalf of the Board of Directors, we are happy to provide this notice to advise you of our most recent election results, new directors and new board positions. This is a preliminary notice and there will be a formal notice coming in the following days via mail.

Board President Hannah Pirtle and Treasurer Amber Stout’s terms expired this year, and an election was held for these two positions. This also satisfied the rule in the bylaws whereby annually 1/3 of the Directors of the Board are required to be replaced. The Ballot was conducted by mail-in ballot in order to garner a sufficient quorum of 51% of the homeowners. As we previously announced, we did satisfy that margin and are pleased to announce that James (Jim) Reese and Susan Landgraff were elected to the Board. With the election of Jim Reese, Board Member Sarah Reese will be stepping down from the Board.

The newly formed Board met on November 8, 2022 and elected the following members as Officers:

  • James Lewis, President
  • James Reese, Vice President
  • Susan Landgraff, Treasurer
  • Hayley Norton, Secretary
  • Adam Mendez, Board Member

This will constitute the HOA Board of Directors as well as Officers for the next year until a new election is held for all Directors seats. Please note that the Board may (at their discretion) appoint additional members to the Board up to a total of seven (7) members. If the Board elects to take this action, the community will be notified.

As the newly formed Board, we thank everyone for participating in the election process. We look forward to hearing from the community in taking direction on where we want to go moving forward and what kinds of things we want to accomplish. Please be on the lookout in the days and weeks to come for more communication from the Board as we seek to provide as much transparency as we can in getting more accomplished within the community.

The Board will be holding our first homeowner meeting soon. More details, including meeting agenda will be provided shortly.

Again, thank you all for your interest and participation. We are looking forward to a great year!

UPDATED: 11/10/2022 to note Sarah Reese stepping down.
