- Voting application in CINC- Feedback
- Spring yard & garage sale date proposals
- Drive-thru Top Five
- Fences, weeds/grass, street parking, trash can location, and mailbox painting
- Monday’s for bulk trash pickup
- Homeowner questions, concerns, and ideas
