On June 3rd, 2022 the area labelled as “Common Area D” was legally deeded from the original developers to Nature’s Trail HOA. The HOA is investigating current use of the land by another owner as farmland. The intended use and maintenance of this Common Area will be at the discretion of Nature’s Trail homeowners. In the meantime possible suggestions on how to use the land to our benefit are currently within discussion.

- Lease the land to the current farmer
- Use the profit for other projects within ouur community.
- Lease the land to a communications company, cellular communications.
- Our community would benefit
- Increased service signal
- Income from the communications company.
- Our community would benefit
- A proposed land swap or new property lines to be drawn.
- The farmer gains the land for farming.
- Homeowners would gain the ditch area.
- A cohesive and accessible area of land.
- Possible trail connecting all Common Areas
