During the month of May, the HOA Board investigated the costs and benefits of installing a brick border around the flower beds at the entrance of the neighborhood. After a board vote, the project was approved. The brick border offers increased curb appeal and easier landscaping maintenance of the flower beds. The Board was able to lower the cost of the existing landscaping contract and used funds budgeted for landscaping to cover the cost of this project.
