We’d like to provide an additional update on the composition of the Nature’s Trail Board.
As you saw from our previous communication, one of the Board members recently resigned. Under article 6.05 (B) and in consultation with our attorney, the Board held a special meeting convened under article 6.06 and appointed a member to fill the vacant seat. At the next Board meeting, we will be voting to assign the still vacant office of Vice President.
The Board felt it was important to seek out an individual who had already volunteered to serve the community. We reached out to both candidates who ran in the most recent election but were not elected to offer them both seats (via the appointment process) to the Board. Only one candidate responded to the Board’s inquiry, and we are pleased to welcome Rebecca Ledzian to the Nature’s Trail HOA Board of Directors.
Rebecca and her family are the ORIGINAL residents of Nature’s Trail, so she brings a comprehensive knowledge of the past structure of the Declarant’s HOA, Apex and now the current Board. Many of you might recognize her as the creator of the Nature’s Trail community FaceBook page. We welcome her onto the Board and look forward to working with her.
