Please join us for our next homeowners meeting. Meeting will be held at First Bible Church, Madison Campus located at 29113 Huntsville Brownsferry Rd, Madison, AL 35756
- Discussion of the HOA Budget (download a copy here)
- Discussion of landscaping issues and options
- Explanation of the NEW online CINC Homeowner Portal via Hughes Properties for paying dues and fines, submitting ACC requests, and viewing violation notices
- Homeowner questions, concerns, and ideas
Please make plans to attend the meeting because the new Board wants to hear from you!
Questions at the meeting are welcome and encouraged. You may also send questions ahead of time to the HOA Contact Form to allow the Board to research and provide accurate answers.
