Electronic ACC Requests
Please utilize the Homeowner Portal to submit requests for Architecture Control Committee (ACC) approval. When planning projects consult the covenants (including but not limited to Sections 6.11, 6.19, 6.21) to determine whether a request is necessary. Many building and landscape projects require ACC approval. If you have questions or issues with submitting a request, please contact the board via Hughes Properties.
