Block Captain Volunteers
The board is looking for block captains to help distribute information amongst the neighborhood to help reduce mailing costs. Each block captain would be assigned a set of homes (mainly a single street; large streets will be subdivided) to distribute physical information (newsletters, flyers, etc). This would reduce our mailing costs while still fulfilling the requirements of the covenants. Note: It is against federal law to place distributions without postage in a mailbox, therefore block captains are encouraged to deliver distribution face to face. Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Volunteers
The board is looking for two volunteers to serve on the Architecture Control Committee along with an appointed board member to form the 3 member committee. This committee will review architectural requests and approve based on the established architectural regulations as well as perform other related duties. Front Entrance Improvement Project
The board has hired a contractor to do masonry work at the front entrance involving adding a brick border to the landscaping. Please be mindful of the contractors while entering and exiting the subdivision. Masonry work is expected to be completed the week of June 12 with painting to follow.
