As you are aware, Nature’s Trail conducted re-election for all 7 seats of the Board after reviewing the by-laws and consulting with the Lawyer as stated in the previous newsletter. We only received 7 candidates for nomination which resulted in no action for an election, 7 candidates-7 seats. Your new board members are Russell Maine, Susan Landgraff, Adam Mendez, Chris Hines, Shawn Miller, Rebecca Ledzian and James Lewis. They will have the first Board of Directors meeting in January 2023 to elect Officers and discuss actions that have been pending due to the postponed elections. Once this meeting has been conducted an official newsletter will be sent out per our by-laws with additional information and the upcoming meeting schedule.
